Ribbon Blossom

I finally decided to try out the Ribbon Blossom that I learned from Pam's blog, http://www.indigostudio-4hounds.blogspot.com/. Mine didn't turn out as cute as hers, but I still like how it looks.

I used Close to Cocoa, Purely Pomegranate & Berry Bliss DSP. I used the Jumbo Outline Alphabet stamp set - I love that set-just got it a few weeks ago. Ribbons: White & Chocolate taffeta, Lt. Pink & White 1/4" grosgrain, Lt. Pink gingham. I tried the fun trick with white ribbon & markers that was in March's Stampin' Success. It's so easy & gives us many more options for coordinating ribbon. You just color on the edges of the white ribbon with the brush tip of the marker. This was so cool! I also used a jumbo eyelet & a pink rhinestone brad. I also used the slot punch to make a slit for the ribbon to go around the card. You can see that in the first pictures.
